Dr. Rita Shea-Van Fossen (Dr. Rita) is Professor of Management and former Dean of the Undergraduate program in the Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University Florida. A native New Yorker and first-generation college graduate, Dr. Shea came to academics after a two-decade corporate career as a CPA, consultant, and senior financial leader.

Dr. Rita knows the opportunities and the challenges of higher education as a student, parent, and higher ed leader. She founded RJS Advisors and College 101 to give students and their families the tools, knowledge, and insider insights to make better college decisions.
